We are luckly so far here in Texas we have had a mild winter. Our pregnant does are fat and sassy and getting ready to kid. Moms having babies in hard winters is not fun! We are busy around the farm anticipating the arrival of the new babies and can't wait to post pictures.
The cheese kitchen is always busy and buzzing around processing, flavoring and packing.
This sunday will be soap day when we will make lots of log molds ready for cutting and shelving for drying.
